Q4. What’s the Minimum Order Quantity?
10 units per model for first trial order. Actually the unit cost of FCL is much less than the unit cost of LCL, that is why we suggest the clients consider the order of 1X20FCL as the initial order after visiting our factory.

Q5. How about warranty?
Warranty period is one year. If any problem happen due to quality reason from the design,production, we will guide you the maintain & repair instruction ,and delivery free spare parts asap.

Q6. How long will be the products lifetime ?
Depend on using frequency. For instance, the lifetime of RELUEX massage chair is at least 5 years normally.

Q7. What is the Payment Term ?
By T/T, L/C, Western Union, Alibaba Secure Payment, and other acceptable payment way.
Usually by T/T, 30% as deposit in advance and balance should be paid when goods ready to shipping or other negotiating term ,such as the balance should be finished within 3 working days against the submission of the copy of Bill of Lading.
